Dr. Cantrell was my doctor from birth, have not seen her in 10 years, because her secretary refused to make any appointments for me when I called, even claimed to have lost my files, very unprofessional. Not to mention this horrible doctor has caused some of my family members with health issues that could have been helped if she did her job right, their health problems progressed because of her simply not wanting to do her job, how she made it through medical school, is beyond me. Like previous reviews said, she does not care about her patients at all, just the money. If she is currently your doctor, I recommend you seek out a new doctor, one who knows how to do their job.

Not A very good doctor can never get in to see her unless almost dead...... she's doesn't care about your patients.. has to many days off and when you do get in to see her she's rushing, don't take the time to do a full check up... I been trying to get in to see for about 6 months or more.... so me and my family will be looking for a new doctor.......

Lorraine has been my doctor for years. First off I thought her aggressive and opinionated but thorough. As years went on her attitude got worse. Days off, cancellations. I chalked it up to a sick mother. A relative who sees her was concerned too and asked me what I thought might be wrong. Is she drinking did I think. I doubt it I said. My last visit was most bizarre. Either she was high as a kite or drunk. Pushy, erratic. Lecturing. I actually felt anxious. She kept me there for a half hour talking nonsense.I am saddened because one time I could count on her thoroughness and car and tolerate the moods. I am looking for another doctor. I just hope she gets the help she needs.

This doctor is always cancelling appointments because she wants a day off. She only works 2 days a week anyway. I am looking for a new doctor. She is moody and one day she's nice to you and the next day she gets angry with you. She refused to give me flu shot because she said she wanted me to come to flu clinic because she would make more money.

No respect for her patients. You wait weeks for an appointment then she decides to take the day off and you wait some more...or their favorite line "if it's an emergency go to the nearest hospital". It wasn't an emergency when I called weeks ago..it is now...how you enjoyed your day off.

This individual is not a very good listener for a doctor. Dr. Lorainne C. Misinterprets what is being said to her and next thing you realize CYFS is knocking on your front door. Cannot trust her to talk comfortably about how you may feel.

Dr. Cantwell is very unprofessional, does not care about her patients and rude. You have to wait an hour for an appointment you have already made. I do not recommend her to anyone. Make the right decision and find another doctor.
