Dr. M. Is very careful in making his diagnosis. Once it’s made, it’s correct! I have been extremely pleased with the care received! I highly suggest him. I don’t say this about many doctors.

Dr. Satyen Madkaiker is a professional with all of the positive attributes of old-time doctors. Excellent ideals that the patient is first, he listens and offers ideas, well read on current and new technology and applies caution in his decision making. Best choice for patients with special needs.

Zero stars. If I could make negative stars I would. The absolutely worst doctors in the world. Spoke to my mother in the 3rd person. Treated her like she wasn't even human. I brought her in for help for chemotherapy induced delusional disorder. He told her she'd never improve. There was no cure. The "mad" Madkaiker prescribed her a medicine that would sedate her and had high likelihood of causing strokes. His useless PA who reeked of cigarette smoke spent 30 min beforehand taking notes - none of which the doctor seemed to read and he only spent 5 very rude and insulting minutes with us. Disgraceful. THANK GOD I didn't give up. I threw his dumb prescription away and my mom was treated homeopathically and with prayer. She recovered 100% and even better than before she had the lymphoma (which is why she had the chemo treatment). She is glowing with health. People seriously need to hold psychiatrists to a much higher standard. The profession needs some serious advancement. It's nonsense to treat people like it's the 18th century. They should take an interest in the "whole" person and health history and coordinate and communicste with a psychologist at a minimum and ideally the patient's primary doctor. It's ridiculous otherwise. . Common sense will tell you that nutrition and toxic exposure and other medicines and health conditions and enrironment and stress situations affect people's brains. That doctor is selfish and willfully ignorant. It's unacceptable.

My experience is as follows: After sitting in the waiting room for 1 hr, they had me sit in another room for 45 mins. Come to find out the nurse who evaluated me before speaking with the doctor, was running late and no where to be found. Meanwhile, in the waiting room (across the entire office), was a lady screaming at the top of her lungs about suicidal thoughts she was having and crying hysterically for all to hear. Finally, the nurse came rushing as if she was late her first day of class. Besides the cameras and the sign on the door stating "purses, backpacks, and any large bags are not allowed in the bathroom. Thats when I decided that "Mickey Mouse's Club House" was not a fit for me. This by far the worst experience I've ever endured.

Dr. Madkaiker is a phenomenal, perceptive and exceptional provider. A compassionate doctor during treatment and even throughout follow up visits. If you are seeking an extraordinary psychiatrist then Dr. Madkaiker is the only one I recommend in Duval County.

Dr Madkaiker is RUDE, RUDE, RUDE and Uncaring !!! BEWARE ANYONE who goes to this "doctor". And I use that word lightly. Hardly looks at you as he is typing on his computer. NO MANNERS. Called me by wrong name twice. Complete lack of empathy or concern for your wellbeing. Just wants to push new pills on you each visit. DO NOT GO TO THIS MAN!! He has no heart !!!!
