In two out of four appointments, the office staff was inefficient and I was not called for more than 45 minutes, even though I had arrived 10 minutes before the appointments and then waited anywhere from 30-40 minutes afterwards. In two other appointments, the doctor was late--45 minutes for one appointment and 2 hours for the second.

TERRIBLE !!!! YOU NEVER SEE HER, IT IS ALWAYS A PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT. ON OCCASSION WHEN SHE DECIDES TO SEE A PATIENT, SHE IS CONCEDED, INTERUPS, THROWS YOU ON MEDS. I EVEN HEARD HER SAY TO SOMEONE "YOU SHOULD HAVE A GASTRIC BYPASS, YOU HAVE GAIN A TON OF WEIGHT". IN FRONT OF A ROOM FULL OF PEOPLE. I WOULD NEVER NEVER RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE !!! BEWARE !!!

The staff that answers the phone don't always answer the phone in a polite manner.I also don't like the fact that you can hear the staff talking to other people and their medical problems.The waiting area is something else and needs to be upgraded. Appointments are never on time. But, the thing that bothers me most is that Dr. Mehta didn't notify her patients that she was not going to be a primary physician.I had to hear it from my Insurance Carrier. I am leaving her office and will find someone else.

Not helpful at all, didn't really seem to care much.Rushed out of appt. No follow up...see ya later patient......
