Short wait on seeing doctor, no problem making appointments. Will work with you on days and times best for you. Listens to your problems, and no feel of bringing rushed. Before seeing Dr. Delgado, had not seen doctors in years, very comforting, and made you feel at ease. Last visit did lab work on Friday morning, and was going to call if anything wrong with liver results. NEVER had a doctor to call after office closes on a late Friday night to tell you everything was OK! Did not make you wait till Monday! Highly recommend Dr. Delgado!!!

He's no longer at Carraway. He's now at UAB. His staff is abysmal. Worst ever. They are so bad, I fear they are endangering their patients' health.

Worst doctor I have ever seen in my life. I was referred to him by a bham neurologist who said I had Lyme Disease. The infections doc walks in says you don't have Lyme Disease it doesn't exist in the South. Which is a bold face lie. His diagnoses worse one I have ever seen. Throwing up and diarrhea. I hold this man responsible if something happens to me before I get proper help. Cause I show signs of late stage Lyme and it can kill you. Horrible doctor and I agree with the other comment someone made about his nurse she is really rude.

I saw him once for a follow up after a month of IV antibiotic therapy for endocarditis. About 3 months later I had a positive strep diagnosis with a high white cell count. Without seeing me in his clinic he wanted to re-admit me to the hospital for another round of IV therapy. Fortunately I got a second opinion from an interventional cardiologist who confirmed this was only strep throat. This was defensive medicine at its worst, in my opinion. I also felt his nurse was terribly rude in the clinic the one time I did see him.
