I inherited Dr.Filliter after my wonderful doctor departed for the USA..He seems to be a very kind man but refers you ALL the time.Appears Very unsure of himself and very quick to give prescriptions. Always giggling, if I am there, it's no joke .Secretary always pleasant and helpful..Office cluttered.

I have been a patient of Dr. Filliter since he started in Dartmouth He is always very pleasant and does not hesitate to send you on for further investigation. His receptionist is second to none.(very helpful at all times)

This sweet man with the clipboard, is the most kindest man I have ever met. He doesnt charge for forms (which most all other dr's do). He goes over and beyond what any other dr would ever. He really cares about his patients and he genuinely loves people and being a dr. He is great with kids. His receptionist gets my sick son in ASAP!

I have been a patient of Dr Filliter's for quite a few years now, and I find him to be very intelligent and helpful. He seems to really care about his patients. I also completely disagree witht the comment about his receptionist being rude. I have also found her to be extremely kind and professional. She is always a huge help.

I 'inherited' Bruce when he took over my previous physician's practice. Though very pleasant and obliging, he is too quick to offer a script. E.g. antibiotics for a cold. Colds are the result of viral not bacterial infections. I have also found one receptionist to be curt to the point of rude on more than one occasion.

Doctor Filliter has been amazing for me, and he always can make time for an emergency visit. He often works from early in the morning till well after he should have gone home to his family and he provides excellent diagnosis and refers you to specialists when needed. He must also have a very understanding family to deal with his dedication to his work.

Bruce Filliter has a relaxed, friendly style and puts you at ease. He is knowledgeable and intelligently discusses options for treatment, taking into account your needs/wants. He refers to specialists as required. He is a good listener.
