1st of 3 worst Dr's ever had in NV. Funny thing is ALL of them are now MDVIP which seems to be a trend with NOT SO GOOD Doctors. Had this person as a primary for quite a long time at 1st it was pretty standard but as time went on, began to get suspicious and tired of her just using me as a guinea pig or just try drug after drug for years.

When she is busy she is totally worthless, easily offended, frazzled and very arrogant. The staff was ok for the most part except for one (this will prove that I was patient) their was a nurse called "S" she was very rough/tough and condescending but to be fair once you got to know her, she was and it was just the way she was.

The staff had a very large turn over except for the one head nurse you would see different techs nearly every time you went back (before MDVIP) But once turned into an MDVIP provider she had a receptionist though young and kind had her kids there with her at work, which is very unprofessional. The reason I quit yet another doctor was due to her lack to treat my issues she had years and years and it seemed to only get worse.

Then there was an argument or disagreement over an unnamed issue. Yes like others have said this Dr is very arrogant, but also a coward as she dropped me without saying ONE word. She had a staff member leave a voicemail saying I was no longer a patient. Again very unprofessional.

But thinking back it was the best thing that ever happened for me. I found a wonderful very knowledgeable and very experienced NON MDVIP Physician who is well known and has a very good reputation. He found and treated my issues in a month or less. While the former took dozens of years got no where. I am on less medications as well. My numbers are all near normal. Do you research and ask around you will find out about Dr M. I also filed a complaint with the state board as well. Take the 5 star reviews with a grain of salt as they were obviously made by patients who were NOT with this Dr as long as the patients with bad reviewers. Give it time and you will see this so-called Dr's true colors.

I find the doctor very helpful and always very nice. If I had a problem, she always listened and gave me a clear explaination. I thought she and her staff were great...

I also had a bad experience with this Dr. She didn't want to look at me or listen to me. She left me sitting in the exam room and never said we were finished. She was not helpful at all. Very poor people skills. Her nurse was condescending and a know it all. Would never go back. I am surprised Dr. Matsumoto is still in business.

I don't know who these other people are, but she has been an outstanding doctor to all of my family members for several years! She is extremely thorough. She is also a very good diagnostician. I have never, ever felt rushed. The people who work in her office have been with her for sometime which I feel is an indicator that she is a good "boss". I have always received very good care from the people in her office. It is respectful, attentive, professional care at every level!

This doctor has zero bedside personality to patients. She won't even look you in the eye when she talks to you. I had to go to a quick med because she could not see me for two weeks. I have now found a new doctor.

I THINK THAT DR. MATSUMOTO IS A WONDERFUL DOCTOR. SHE HAS ALWAYS HELPED ME AND I THINK THAT SHE IS VERY EFFICENT WITH HER PATIENTS. SHE HAS NEVER MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS BOTHERING HER. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER TO OTHERS.

This doctor is very arrogant and seems to want to rush out of the room and gives the impression that you are bothering her. She seems to dislike any reference to any other doctor and appears to be annoyed if you dont rush your answers and comments. I will not return to this doctor.
