I have been seeing Dr.Ricky and his staff for years. Having lower back, neck fusions, and hip issues. They helped keep me working when I did not think possible. Between PT, epidurals, appointment scheduling and meds I could not be happier with their efforts. I will never be pain free, but at least it is MANAGEABLE now.

Dr. Collis is one of the most disrespectful and arrogant physicians I have ever encountered. He books multiple patients for the same appointment time so that there is a built-in wait time sometimes exceeding two hours, and then can't seem to understand why his patients don't appreciate that. I filed a complaint with the Pain Management Center and he discharged me from the practice in retaliation. So much for patient care.

Dr. Collis has been great for my back condition. He adjusted my medications and recommended specific physical therapy for me. Things improved significantly and now I am back at work at full duty.

do not go to this arrogant doctor. after reviewing my medication from other doctors he proscribed me a pain medicine with hydrocodone and acetaminophen I cannot take acetaminophen because of the other meds I take He then wrote me a prescription for tramadol a drug that does nothing for me or anyone else that takes it I called the doctor who prescribed the medicine that prevents me from taking acetaminophen and he told me to tell collis that in this particular situation he would stop treating me until I got my pain under control and to have collis call him if any questions Collis refused to call and then the office staff tried to cover this mess up by telling me it was because of the new laws I told them that this had nothing to do with the laws and it doesn't They were trying to cover up his incompetence They were lying

Dr. Collis has done a great job treating my neck and arm pain. He diagnosed my spinal condition and pinched nerve. He used a combination of meds, therapy and one epidural injection and my condition has improved significantly.

I was given a drug that, after getting, recognized extreme itching. The dr. refused to change medication for me after I informed him of my problem . I would not recommend going there if you want cooperation with your medical issues.
