I will never recommend this Dr. To anyone..very rude and assumes everyone wants pain pills..rude staff as well

Very friendly and nice. He has done a very good job with my pain issues. He has adjusted my medications and I feel great. I did not need physical therapy or any injections.

Dr collis did a great job treating me. I had a rare nerve pain that he diagnosed very quickly. He did some nerve blocks which completely relieved my pain. I am back working full duty and off all my medications.

He did not seem interested in doing anything other than injections even after one round he caused me a great deal of pain and then hid behind another doctor. This man is out for what $ he can get from medicaid and these injections, when I complained the injections didn't work and migraine and lower back worse he agreed to change meds until he seem my insurance then he made me wait another 3 months to do injections. He is not a doctor he is a charlitan

Excellent physician. He performed an epidural block on me and it relieved my pain and got me back to work in 1 week. I had been off work for 4 months. Very great bedside manner.

SOMEONE STOLE MY PAIN MEDICINE AT WORK,, INS COMPANY OKED MORE BUT DR COLLIS WOULDN'T OK AUTO ACCIDENT I HAD TO HAVE BACK SURGERY IT DIDN'T WORK IM STILL IN LOTS PAIN I WANT TO BE ABLE TO WORK MY JOB OF CONSTRICTION THE PAIN MEDS ALLOW ME TO DO THAT SO FAR BUT THE PAIN IS GETTING WORSE HE KNOWS HOW MUCH PAIN IM IN ,SO WHY WOULD THEY NOT REFILL I WAS ABLE TO AQUIRE SOME TO GET ME THROUGH EVEN THE INSURANCE COMPANY AGREED AND THAT WAS THE HARD PART THE PAIN IS NOW IN MY LEGS TO, I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO HURT THIS BAD OR AT ALL ! WANT MY LIFE BACK ! I USE MY MEDICINE TO GET ME THROUGH THE DAY AND STIL SUFFER, NIGHS ARE WORSE. HAVE TAKEN THE SHOTS IN MY BACK THEY HAVE WORKED EVERY TIME TO HELP LIGHTEN THE PAIN EXCEPT ONE TIME THE STAFF THERE IS VERY NICE! I MISSED AN APPT ONCE AND THEY WOULD NOT OK MY PAIN MEDS TILL I CAME IN I DIDN'T MISS ON PURPOSE

Could not disagree more with other reviews. Dr Collis has been very helpful in eliminating my painful sciatic nerve condition with just 2 epidurals. I was scared to death but it was a very quick and PAIN FREE procedure. He sedated me with some medicine through an IV and I don't remember a thing about the procedure. About a week later I was pain free. Have not had any issues for almost 2 years.

He wants money for back shots and then does not care about his patients pain, He hides behind his nurses. and does not care about his patients, only money!

I received a series of 3 injections in my neck for chronic pain (diagnosis: cervical stenosis) with no change for the better (actually it's even worse)

Left without meds for no reason. became very angry and punted me to another dr. in practice. Nice as long as you dont ask too many questions or take too much time...otherwise not
