Pinewood closing.. surprised she has patients.. You could die before ever getting an appointment.. it's a JOKE. I look forward to my new doctor but I had wanted to get into Pinewood before June 1st and the mailbox is FULL. UNBELIEVABLE!

Do not waste your time. Your calls will never be returned. All visits must be booked in person. Good luck with being able to do that during the pandemic. Nothing but attitude from the receptionist. Most negative experience with a health care professional in my life. I was lucky to find another family doctor.

The worst receptionist that I have ever dealt with. Kirsten is rude and unprofessional and should not be doing this job. She does not have a nice or caring disposition at all. Good luck ever getting her on the phone. She never returns your messages. She always seems so miserable on the phone and in person. Dr. Cytowski is a very good doctor but Kirsten is ruining her practice and I'm sure she has lost many clients because of her.

PLEASE, find a new receptionist. Kirsten is useless in her position as a receptionist/front desk. After leaving messages for 4 business days, I am no closer to booking an appointment.

Dr. Cytowski is a great physician - very knowledgeable (keeps up on the latest research), takes time to explain everything, has good people skills. The receptionist Kristin, is incompetent. She seems to never answer the phone and does not return voice mail messages. Getting an appointment is extremely difficult. Other patients whom I know, have had the same experience. I would have given “staff” zero stars, but one has to put something in the field to submit a review.

If you are willing to have to show up in person just to make an appointment, willing to experience an extended wait on that day and be treated in the most unprofessional impersonal manner...then this practice is just for you.
