Dr. Cytowski has been my doctor for approximately 17 years. She is extremely knowledgeable. If she doesn’t know the answer, she finds out. She listens and asks good questions. She sends to appropriate specialist. Dr. Cytowski takes time to treat patients. I have definitely waited to get into my appointment many times. I think that is because she doesn’t rush her patients. I accept this and make my appointments first thing in the day to avoid the wait. Otherwise, I make sure I have the extra time. I honestly do not think I would find a better doctor, so punctuality issues I can deal with. I would rather give her an overall 5 stars for her ability as a doctor and I certainly recommend her.

Don’t even try to reach this “clinic” by phone. Patients are never addressed by name. Despite being a “fast learn”, Dr. Cytowski makes very little effort to make a personal connection with her
patients. The practice is run in an atmosphere of complete indifference.

I was a patient for many, many years. Over the years she has changed from the caring, knowledgeable doctor to a supporter of the most deplorable medical receptionist I have ever met. Kristin never answers the phone and will not call you back when a message is left. A family member was misdiagnosed for over 3 years and a specialist was never offered. I have since found a new doctor in a group family practice that sees you on time, never hesitates to refer you to a specialist, offers numerous free individual programs and services that benefit their patients. Doctors have their own assistants who book your appointments and call you with test results. Reception area is very professional, friendly and efficient. I am so happy to have a first class professional medical team on my side. I am surprised Dr. Cytowski still has patients! Read all the reviews that basically say the same thing and if you are a patient be very aware you are NOT receiving the medical attention you deserve.

I am grateful for Dr. Cytowski’s care over many years now. She has never failed to diagnose and to send me on to specialists as needed, and is patient and kind with my regular stuff. Kristen’s a character but smart and welcoming. Happy with them👍🏻

Dr. Cytowski has been following me for many years since she started her practice at Pinewood medical centre. I will admit recently the wait times are often frustratingly long however it’s worth it as Dr. Cytowski takes the time to listen and is empathetic to my concerns. More over she helped me over come a horrible fear of needles which has crippled me from a young age, she took the time out of her day to come hold my hand while I was put under for surgery at the hospital. I will forever be grateful and respect her for her coaching during a otherwise traumatic experience. The receptionist is rough around the edges but has good intentions and always greats me with smile.

Very kind, patient and knowledgeable doctor. Always impressed with the level of care provided. Yes, the phones are often busy & messages have to be left sometimes, but my experiences with Kristen have always been positive. I don't understand the level of abuse and vitriol Kristen receives on this site, and I really hope she doesn't read the posts.

Dr cytowski is a very messed up person who should not be allowed 2 be a doctor in CANADA! Kristen has lots of problems and will never answer the phone! Pls people find a better doctor! Good luck

I was a long time patient of Dr. Cytowski. In the beginning I was very impressed with her practice, in fact I followed her from 2 other locations. Over time I found the wait always very long but felt that is what happens when you have a good doctor building a practice. With the arrival of Kristen the practice has become very unprofessional and the doctor seems to have changed, for the worse. Same complaints about Kristen, SHE NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE AND CALL BACKS ARE RARE IF EVER!!! Guess she has her favorites. It is a shame the doctor doesn’t replace her as many, including myself have found better doctors in professional atmospheres.

The receptionist never answers the phone or calls back. I have been going to this doctor for at least 10 years and the problem is getting worse. This time around I have been leaving messages for over a week and nothing. This is neglect and a horrible way to treat people in any industry. Kristen should be ashamed. I am looking for a new doctor.
