Dr. Dennison told me I can't have lupus because I am not a black woman. Seriously. He explained to me that is how he knew I didn't have lupus. I have several autoimmune connective tissue diseases, that he ignored my symptoms and positive lab tests with. ( Dx before and after Dennison...thank God.) He gave no Dx and prescribed Prozac.
