Dr. Kunar performed thyroid surgery (5 hours!!!) on me in 2007. Never have I met a more kind and caring doctor. He made sure he came to see me post-op and that meant the world to me. His work is wonderful as well. I didn't have any complications and you can hardly see the scar. I highly recommend this physician!

What a kind, gentle man. You'll wait forever to see him, but once you're in - the wait-time seems trivial. He is thorough, compassionate, extremely funny and witty... and knowledgeable. I'd recommend him, in a heart beat.

I go to him as a last resort. He has yet to ever fix a problem. I've had throat polyps, he sent me somewhere else to have it done. I've had sinus trouble, left unresolved. Went today for swollen abscessed tonsil, sent home unresolved. Now I'm worried and searching for a second opinion. They only seem to worry about your insurance.

Wonderful bedside manor. He has operated on my daughter twice in the past 4 years and once on my husband. He has stuck by my daughter's side until he could find out what was causing the problem. I could not have asked for a more compastioniate, understanding man with a wonderful sense of humor.

Dr Kunar is the best. He has operated on my SN child and non SN several times. He both kind, gentle and capable. The children love him and the one actually misses seeing him. *****

Admittedly, there's a long wait time. But he spends a great deal of time with you, and answering questions (regardless of how stupid). I felt so much better, almost immediately after the surgery, that it was worth the wait.
