doctor was rude and did not help with any problem. My mother in law came in with a sever infection and tremendous pain. In the past he has not helped with any symptoms she ha hasd and had told him that she had went to the ER to recieve relieve after seeing him and he said he is only human and makes mistakes. In this visit he said that he was supposed to be at a stress test 5 minutes ago and asked what was wrong this time. keep in mind this is my mother in law of 90 years old. she had fallen recently along with many other symtoms. After this kind of treatment she will be going to another doctor far from this one. I wouldn't let my dog be seen by this doctor. ( I was with my mother in law)

Dr Neff is a great Doctor. He cares about his patients. He listens to all your concerns. When I was sick he took time out of his busy day to talk to the nurses to get me so much better. My husband likes him as well. The Staff are very kind, Caring and answer questions, the nurse are wonderful. Hard to find good Dr's today, he is one of the good ones.

Dr. Neff was extremely disrepectful to both of my elderly parents, referring to my mother's life expectancy as to "hell freezes over" on an official insurance form that we are required to submit for her care in a nursing home.

My husband's doctor for years. My husband was experiencing rectal bleeding from 31 to 36 - he told him every year at each check up. Dr. Neff assumed it was hemmroids due to my husband's age never checked further (eventhough he knew my husband's grandmother died at 49 w/colon cancer) At 36 when mainly only blood was coming out he FINALLY did a fecal culture - in August (1st week) said he would call for a colonoscopy - did not (our insurance has never turned us down or made us wait for anything) end of December our chiropractor did an x-ray of my husband's back - low and behold his intestine showed - blockage - Chiropractor called Neff and a colonoscopy happened a WEEK later - he is now fighting stage 3 colon rectal cancer at 36 --- which would not have been as far along if Neff did not assume it was hemmroids - a simple test years ago would have made a world of difference to our family instead of living in constant fear of each CT.
