My 86 year old mother was a patient of Dr Tulou?s for a few years. She was just diagnosed with end stage cancer of the liver and spleen. The diagnosis came after we took her to another doctor for tests. Dr Tulou did not run any tests (despite signs) and said her problems were probably caused by a ?bug? she picked up at the beach, air in her stomach (turned out to be 3 liters of fluid which had to be drained) and temporary dementia.
