Great Doctor! I've been going to him for over 20 years, he's very busy so you have to wait a while for an appointment but once he sees you he spends as much time as needed with you.

I went to this doctor to have a routine colonoscopy done. The original consultation took 2 months to get an appointment and I almost forgot I had it. So when I went to the office I said I was surprised that I never got a phone call confirming my appointment you know like most professional office do. Her answer was most normal people write them down and rude. I visited with the doctor and payed my copay and left. 4 times I received letters in the mail asking for the copay in 2 months. I called all 4 times and explained that I sent it and twice faxed over a copy of the receipt from the credit card company and still as of now its not taken care of. I think I finally got a supervisor to take care of it but its not confirmed. As of now I am cancelling my appointment for the colonoscopy because according to my insurance how they bill the procedure matters how much they pay and if they could not get a simple copay correct I cant imagine them getting that right. Plus who wants to deal with a rude staff. Also the doctor must know about his staff he has plenty of negative reviews about them and still doesn't do anything about it. what does it say about him.

Myopic viewpoint of physiology, with an arrogant dismissal of patient having any self awareness or understanding of anatomy and/or researched conditions. Anything outside of textbook pill-pushing and surgery is actively belittled. He knows absolutely nothing of nutrition, and actively scoffs at dietary and lifestyle considerations such as toxic chemical exposure having any relationship or effect on the state of wellness.
And to use the old metaphor 'water seeks its own level', his staff is a great representaion of his attitude, knowledge and consideration.

WOST. STAFF. EVER. Get out of the healthcare business if you have zero patience for the patients. As for the doctor, he was OK. Never diagnosed my problem, and was quick to move on to his next appointment. Disgusting behavior in my opinion. FIRE YOUR STAFF and you might be able to salvage your business.
