Worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. Told me there was “absolutely nothing” she could do because I’m “young and handsome” before even performing an exam. Absolutely insane.

Worst MD. I work at DMG and have seen her 3 times now. All the negative comments are spot on! I was misdiagnosed for months!! I went to Edward night and day difference with a correct DX in ONE visit. He actually apologized for her misdiagnosis. She is supposedly the “best” physiatrist DMG has too. HA!! That is terrifying. She told me it was muscle pain. She didn’t know why it wasn’t healing or when it would improve. She said “push through the pain” “try not to focus on it so much” How the heck is she even a MD!! Turns out I have a TOS, and cervical disc disease. Go to EDW Immediately! I will NEVER send a patient to her. DMG should be ashamed for letting her “treat” patients.

Very poor attitude and predisposed with her opinion before she meets with you. Told me in 5 minutes the pain is all in my head and I should see a psychologist. Turns out I finally was properly diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos (connective tissue disease) which doesn't show up in MRIs nor blood test. Once I received a proper diagnosis and treatment, I feel so much better. Here's a tip to Dr. Heller - LISTEN, STOP JUDGING AND TRY THINKING OUTSIDE THE BOX. Better yet, retire. You don't like your job nor your patience so why bother being a doctor.

She was abusive, rude, cynical and unprofessional. I understand why the insurance company uses this person they call a doctor. She didn't think that my arm was really hurt, so she grabbed my arm and physically jerked it violently. I was wincing in pain and asked her to stop. Afterward she just laughed at me! How can such a person be allowed to be called a doctor?

It's very difficult to take patient critiques seriously, especially for pain patients as most are experiencing a horrible period in their lives and are seriously dependent on narcotics that good clinicians are careful about prescribing and rely on more conservative measures. Quick fixes are not appropriate - change your lifestyle, loose weight, excercise, and quit expecting everyone else to correct a situation immediately you have taken many years to establish! I know Dr. Heller and she's awesome! I followed her treatment plan and it worked for me!

I am going to contact my insurer and recommend that they NOT pay her to NOT examine, NOT treat, and worst of all mistreat me. SAME as other patients, accuses disabled people of "getting paid not to work." Has no use for sick people. And she is a doctor, why? The whole experience was a nightmare. Balks at MRI findings, insisting they are normal or that no matter what is found, it can't be the source of the problem, long after a proper report/reading proves otherwise. She does NOT want to treat patients.

I wish I would have seen the above comments on Dr. Heller before I ever met her. She is the worst Dr. I have ever been refered to in my life. After seeing her for two months,an MRI that showed disc bulging/herniations & nerve piching,6wks of PT, and an injection for my spine she told me that the pain was in my head. She told me not to be such a crybaby, that I needed to lose weight, and see a pychiatrist about taking some Cymbalta. She refused to look into other options on why I was in so much pain. She released me back to work and would not fill out my disability paper work. six months later it has been revealed that I have multiple herniations and I am scheduled for a thorasic spine surgery that I do not want. I truly believe that my condition could have been corrected along time ago.I blame Dr. Heller for poor judgement, rude attitude, horific bedside manor, and unability to treat a patient like a humanbeing with feelings & real pain. Her liscene to practice medicine should be revoked!

she is the WORST doctor i have ever seen!!i have bulging discs in my neck. i was referred to her from my primary care doctor and she said nothing new that i have a disc problem! she thinks i am lying about my pain! why would i like to visit her and waste my money if i have no pain! why do i even want to see her ugly face if i am not in pain? am i crazy? she doesnt do anythign except reffering to the physical therapy and not a diff or better physical therapy.. she wanted me to continue w the one i was already going.. which wasnt helping me in the first place! i wasted $50 in my co-pay and i am going to complaint about her. i need my money back! i have freaking MRI report in my hand that shows i have a problem and she thinks there is nothing wrong. machines have better sense than her mind.. she is gone absolutely crazy! why she is in practice? and her scheduler or nurse, whoever he was. he has the worst than him. he has the worst attitude. if i can give him negative rating here, i would
