Dr. Hernandez treated pre-cancer problems on my head and I found him to be professional and helpful. He instructed me to call should anything concerning come up before my next appointment so when I became concerned about seeping sores on my head that won't seem to heal I called his office. The receptionist told me I could get an appointment in six days or I could go see my family doctor. Her reaction seems at odds with the Doctor's assurance that that he's available to deal with my concerns as a patient. The receptionist's demeanor was one of complete disregard for my concern and she seemed to not care at all when I indicated that I would have to find another dermatologist. I'm very, very disappointed.

I needed urgent treatment for an ugly sore on my leg which Dr. Hernandez diagnosed as squamous cell cancer and which he expertly removed. The willingness to make an appointment forme on short notice and the concern and care were so outstanding that as a snow bird I will wait until I come back nexxt year to get my annual check because my faith in Dr. Hernandez outflanks easily my dermatologist back home. Thank you to doctor, nurses and receptionist.
