She is simply the best doctor I have ever had! I am 57 years old and have had many different doctors during my life as i have moved around from place to place.

The best doctor that I’ve ever seen in 45 years. She is very attentive and very knowledgeable and was the first Doctor to recognize and diagnosis a long outstanding medical issue that I have. Thank You

Whatever I say here will be an understatement for Dr. Bonjourno. People like her are so rare in this day and age. She is not only an expert doctor but an amazing human being too. When my first daughter was born, I got infection in one of my breast. I went to a walk in clinic and the doctor at that clinic said that it is your baby’s latch that’s why your breast is hurting. After that I went to Dr. Bonjourno and she quickly diagnosed me with a breast infection. She prescribed me a cream and within two weeks of applying that cream my pain was gone. I became a fan of her from that day. Another reason that I love her is because she recently saw my baby without the health card. The hospital where I delivered my baby somehow did not give us my baby’s health card, probably because of COVID19. Dr. Bonjourno still saw my baby. Nobody does this in this day and age without the money. Dr. Bonjourno is a great human being. I recently learned that she is working in a long term care home. May God keep her safe and healthy. You can feel the genuineness of her spirit when you talk to her. My whole family just adores her. Dr. Pinella Buongiorno is a true Hero. She is a gem of a person.

Long waiting time (11/2hrs-2 hrs); you can find her in her office only twice a week; you need to wait at least 3 weeks for an appointment; a lot of unnecessary investigations in order to find a diagnostic; loved by people because she will spend time to listen... need to tell her that I am there for a Pap smear after she kept me undresed on her table , prepared for that Pap test, asking me question related to an inexistent disease. Needed to ask her wich time is and tell her to do that test because I need to run to my job.

We have had the best experiences with all of our visits with Dr. Boungiorno and will be sorry when she will no longer be with the CMG.

Dr Pinella fills in for my regular doctor. I do like my regular doctor (I've been seeing her on and off for about 8 years), but Dr. P. seems to pick up on the little things which my regular GP misses. She seems to have an extra measure of intuition, if that makes any sense. Excellent bedside manner, extremely professional. Am also thinking of switching.

Doctor Buongiorno is not actually my Doctor but she assists our Family Doctor when needed. Lately we found that we have been seeing her a lot more often than our actual Doctor, which is fine because my family and I think she is great, if not better than our actual Doctor. She is kind, patient, thorough, knowledgeable, insightful, non-judgmental, and very professional. I would very much recommend her and I am also considering switching to her as well.
