I have taken my son to her a couple of times. She was very concerning and caring. She gave him a treatment plan suited to him and not the generic script which seems to happen these days with other doctors. We were VERY pleased with her knowledge and care.

The dr. came in the office 30 min after my appt. time. I had blood work & tests done. Have been waiting a week for dr. to call me back witht the results of these tests & blood work. She is good during the office visit but terrible at follow up. Not good at recognizing patients when returning to the office within a few days. There seems to be quite a bit of drama & turn over in the office.

She was compassionate, and very helpful when I injured myself. She did X-rays just in case and gave me an injection to ease my pain right away. She explained everything and went over my diagnosis and medications and explained how to optimize healing. She was very casual to put me at ease, but professional at the same time, and told me I could call if I had any questions or got worse. I was able to return to work within a week and did not suffer a whole lot thanks to her excellent and detailed instructions on how to prevent further injury and exercises to help. She created a medication therapy tailored to my personal needs which was the perfect combination of medicines and helped me heal quickly and not suffer. She even set me up with physical therapy to help me recover and heal properly. She really cares about her patients and treats everyone based on their individual needs, not one treatment fits all, which is common these days. One of the best experiences with a doctor I've ever had!

I've never had poorer service at a medical facility in my life. I'll try to be as brief as I can. I am in my 20s and am far from a snob. Now on to my experience.I walk in and the place looks pretty bare. Stains on the carpet. Out of order coffee machine that has a note reading "Coffee is NOT a drug! It's a Vitamin!" Uhh, ok. The secretary seemed nice, new, but polite. As I'm filling out the new patient paperwork the nurses gather at the receptionist's desk. It's right after lunch and no one but me was there so I understand some down time. Then a nurse proceeds to DIG her finger into her nose for minutes on end while the others laugh historically! Great, real professional! Next, the RESEPTIONIST takes me in to give me the EKG and take my blood. My blood's hard to get so Dr. Whaley came in (blutooth in ear the whole visit!) to help. No more than 2 questions about my dietary problems and she's laying out her run of the mill diet plan, circling things and sending me out with drugs. Boo
