I would give him 5 NEGATIVE stars. The worst! His miserable Plastic surgery created permanent: brain damage, seizures and unsightly forehead scars. Doctor visited me at the hospital and offer to "compensate" me with a $5000 discount of the cost of the operation. The ambulance rushed me to emergency hospital, after release from his clinic. The Doctor and his son (Paul Chugay), became aggressive/violent and call police when I tried to picket outside his clinic. Not able to work after the operation. Living in misery/public housing and SSI. Lost all assets: Bank accounts/ condominium.

I went to Dr chugay for rhinoplasty, I payed close to 7000 dollars all together. After i woke up from the surgery it was very painless... But a week later when I took my bandages off my nose was huge! He calmed me and reassured me this would subside, it did a little but not by much. My nose is left bigger than before, not only that it's extremely asymmetrical!! I can't even breathe out of my nose every night... Food doesn't even taste the same! Never go to this doctor. Im 19 years old and he ruined my face and my life

DOCTOR NIKOLAS V. CHUGAY IS A BUTCHER A case of BAD plastic surgery by Doctor Nikolas V. Chugay (A case of Physical, social, economic, mental disaster: A life of shame and misery) 15 years wasted. I Went to him to improve my looks; these were the results. Doctor Nikolas V. Chugay did a real bad job on my face and left me with a lot of permanent Physical, emotional and financial damage. The first full face surgery was terrible; the second one (correcting the first one) was even worse. After the second surgery, I spent a night of recovery in his clinic; at the time of my release I collapsed in front of his clinic, the ambulance took me to Long Beach Community Hospital, where I spent 4 days recovering. He visited me while I was there. During the second surgery, I woke up and saw a different doctor doing the operation. I was told that “it was allowed by the law”. The problem is: NOBODY informed me or asked for my opinion that such a thing could happen! For many years, I kept collapsing all over the city and taken by ambulances to emergency rooms of many hospitals. The surgeries were done almost 15 years ago and the effects are still present to a high degree. I sold my house and my condominium in order to support myself for 15 years, for not being able to work. I could not possibly work as a driver, due to brain damage and the seizures created by his miserable work. Lost my credit, paid MANY doctor’s bills, hospitalizations, ambulance services. Brain damage, seizures, partial loss of my face movement, horrendous scar across my forehead (very visible, even after a painful and expensive hair transplant). Presently living in public housing, on SSI (public services/welfare). I was homeless for a period of time. Recently, after a peaceful demonstration in front of his clinic, one male employee grabbed my picket sign, took it inside the clinic grounds and tossed it in the trash bin. His son Doctor Paul Nicholas Chugay was aggressively directing all sorts of actions against me; someone from the office called the police, Chugay senior hired a lawyer to get me away from his office and threaten to put a restraining order on me. SHAME ON HIM! My demonstrations are legal and allowed by the constitution of the United States, of which I am a citizen. Doctor Nikolas V. Chugay is professionally still very active, owner of the building where he –his son and his son’s wife (all three plastic surgeons) operate. I do not intend to extort money, neither to black mail Doctor Nikolas V. Chugay in any way or form. I just want the world to know of the great harm he created in my life. His fillings for bankruptcy in the federal court ( 8:97 –bk- 16809 and 8:97 –ap- 01748- jb and 8:98 –ap-01002-jb) are evidence of his financial and professional irresponsibility. His past problems with the California department of consumer affairs are not less disturbing. The charges (more than one/more than once) were serious and he was fined and put on probation. I traveled across country to have Dr Chugay do my hip implants and i am very glad I did. The entire experience was a pleasure from beginning to end. Everyone in the office was enjoyable to work with. It was clear Dr Chugay would do anything he could to produce the best outcome for me. The surgery results were better than I could ever dream. He is the worst doctor I ever meet; I almost died because of his negligence; if you love you life don't ever go with him.When trying to make a claim against; 20 more people were trying to do the same to do the same; of course filed for bankruptcy.

Got hip implants done and they are so small you cannot even tell that they are there.. I will Never recommend Dr.CHUGAY Services to ANYONE! Stay away from this doctor!
