I have been going to this dentist office for years. It is very unfortunate to discover this dental office is money grabbers. They scam patients with unnecessary dental procedures to get money through your benefits. I was told I needed 2 fillings, one crown and mouth guard and I went for a second opinion nothing was wrong with my teeth, no cavities etc. I would not recommend anyone due to this as it is very serious to do procedures on patients when not needed. No one should have their whole mouth altered just to put money in a dentist pocket. Please stay away!!

Be very careful before you go to this dentist office. I agree with the other review below that they are money grabbers. My recent experience was awful. I was told August 1, 2019 that to have 2 crowns replaced and four implants, that the total cost would be a little over $7700. I asked if this was all and was told yes by Lisa who works at the front desk. So not knowing any better, I agreed to the work. When I went to the office on November 15, 2019 after the required healing time, I was informed I would have to pay an additional $8500 which was never discussed or quoted to me in the beginning at all. When I returned to the office on November 18, 2019 to show all of the paper work regarding the work I was having done, the front desk person (Lisa) just looked at me and said sorry. This is unacceptable, I am left with the work half completed and no option to finish the work unless I pay them the additional $8500. This to me seems like it is a pure money grab and strong arming. I was lied to about the total cost. Dr. Koo has never addressed the issue with me, it was only Lisa the front desk person.
Part of the work I was having redone was 2 crowns which failed shortly after being completed.
Do not go here if you value your oral health, sanity and are looking for a reputable dental practice. My spouse and I will never go here again for any work.

This is a very blunt review and we have not had an opportunity to discuss this with you as we have had no patients express these thoughts to us in person. During my crown procedure I was asked by the assistant if I want kids? This was weird. Almost 2 years have gone by now. The crown failed and I have recently developed a white tongue or oral thrush. My recollections of my time in this dental office leaves me with the feeling that the wrong things were put in my mouth. I'm very worried about ever having gone to Dr. Koo.

We are sorry to hear you have developed a white tongue. We strongly advise you to call the clinic so we can do an exam. We have never heard from you in person, so are you sure this is the correct dentist you are leaving a review on? Also, you should be aware a white tongue is not developed by any dental instruments. Also so you are aware, our sterilization techniques are more than up to industry standards, which we go above and beyond to maintain!

Dr Koo is an amazing dentist!she did 2 implants for me today and the treatment was so fast and painless! It was easier on me than a filling is! I highly recommend her to anyone who wants precise and fast dentistry!I've been to a lot of dentists and Dr koo proved to me she is a true professional!
