I've had dr sun for several years now but have lately wanted to switch to another Kaiser MD. Clinic "bedside"
manor is not always attentive and "present" and diagnoses haven't always been sharp. I often feel like he is trying to maintain the farthest distance away from me when in the exam room, regardless of the symptom, which feels over-exaggerated and impersonal. He and his staff are always quick to respond to email and are always helpful in their intent.
