I recently saw Dr Phillips for a one off examination for workcover. I was very nervous, but Dr Phillips made me feel so comfortable. She was warm, kind, caring, considerate and just so lovely. She was aware of my pronouns, so respectful of my gender identity. I felt heard for the first time in a long time. I highly recommend this Dr for members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

At the request of the insurer, my mother was referred to Dr. Phillips. Caused her great distress and felt like she was in a courtroom with yes and no questions. Make sure you have a support person with you to notate and step in when required.
