Dr Giron- Jimenez & Riftine are both A**HOLES. I went to them back in 2007 recommended to them by my Internal Medicine doctor. I was a first time mom and did not know much how everything worked. I trusted them with my life, but since I started to go to them all the always talked about was about me getting a C-section. All the care about is getting it their way and getting PAID.

terrible office...rude receptionists,,,she is extremely cold and dry. She told me that I probably had an ectopic, I cried for days and then made an appointment to see a different doctor. My baby was healthy; she had preformed an ultrasound too early and that is why she didn't see anything. I do not recommend her at all.

I have been going to Dr. Giron for about 6 years. I have to agree she is a "dry charachter". I equate her to Joe Friday "Just the facts ma'am". However when I was having some health issues she was there for me and truly showed concern and from then on I saw a different side of her. She is very knowledgeable and helpful but I have seen that her office recently has grown increasingly busy and I have to agree that the management is in disarray. I have also had appointments cancelled as I was sitting waiting in the office! Though I love and will continue to see Dr. Giron her office is something to be desired. I do have to note that this is something recent because it was never like this. I think they are biting off more then they can chew.

I'm six months pregnant and so far i'm not too happy with this doc. (dr.Giron) she is very dry in character she seems bitter. She just comes in the examining room looks at my chart asks 1-2 questions orders test and leaves doesn't even tell me when should I come back, how am i feeling any worries or concerns nothing. Since i've been going here in the past for regular gyn check-ups i felt that maybe i should stay through out my pregnancy. The waiting area is nice, clean and spacious. The office staff are friendly and helpful. I don't have to wait long to see the dr. during my appt.

While I did not even have a chance to see the doctor I wanted to comment on how horrible this office is. I am in the process of changing drs and had Dr. Giron refered to me by a friend. I was attempting to park and called to say I was looking for parking the office tells me the doctor is not in. I asked why I had not received a call and they gave a lame excuse and told me I could see another doctor. I then walked in and the doctor they told me would see me then turns out is not in and I have to wait an hr. The waiting room was PACKED. The receiptionist was rude. I walked out and never went back. Do yourself a favor and look for another doctor

WEll, I am so glad I found this, so I can comment on how bad Dr. Giron is! This woman is by far the roughest GYno I have ever been to. She just does the checkup doesnt even care if you are comfortable or nothing! To make matters worse, she ended up mis diagnosing me, which caused me to not eat, sleep, get up from my bed, for weeks from the Depression. I had to go to the emergency room to find out she had not idea what she was talking about! She likes to tell you what something could be without checking her tests and facts first! Now, when you mis diagnose someone with something as serious as cervical cancer and just call them on the phone and say, "hey, you have to come in for more test, you have cervical cancer," you have some nerve! Please check your facts before you go telling people what you think they have!

I've never been to a doctor where I didn't have to wait. So of course occasionally I waited my turn (with no problem) as the waiting time is still not as bad as my previous doctor "Womens Center" in East Rutherford(horrible place). I was very glad to come "home" after switching briefly after a recommendation from a friend to switch (I regreted it from the door). Dr. Giron is dry in character but a very good doctor & helpful. I'm happy to be back.

I chose this office because we wanted an OB/Gyn that worked out of HUMC to deliver our 1st baby. I'm a patient of Dr. Riftine, but have seen Dr. Giron 4 times during the past 9 months (they work together). Staff - 3: It's hit or miss, depends on who helps you. Some seem to be still in training so they lack the knowledge & professionalism expected from medical assistants. Punctuality - 1: Waiting time is horrible, not once have I ever been seen 15-20 minutes within my scheduled appointment time. The waiting area is always full and we normally end up having to wait between 1 to 2 hours to see the doctor. Helpfulness - 4: Dr. Giron shows concern & answers our questions. If needed she'll schedule additional tests & provide us with reference material. Knowledge -5: Definitely knows her stuff - very knowledgeable. If it weren't for the waiting time, I would be much more satisfied. I'm considering switching OB/Gyn if waiting time doesn't improve. I'll check back in should it improve.
