Dr. Senechal saw my husband in St. Catharines ER. I was with him. I had been seen by Dr. Senechal several years ago. I immediately knew we were in good hands. She provides excellent care and treats patients with respect and empathy. I can’t say enough about Dr. Senechal, her kindness shines brightly. She truly is one of a kind. Wow! I’ve never experienced such wonderful bedside manner from a doctor in my life. I have a fantastic family doctor… but this ER visit Dr. Melanie Senechel exceeded expectations. Both educated and compassionate. She really gives you her full attention.
