Dr Brown has been my specialist for several years now. She is very knowledgeable and easy to understand. She answers all your questions and advises you of all options. Was able to get me into an experimental drug trial for further help as well. Highly recommend

She is my father's specialist. I am my senior father's advocate. She does not like to answer questions. Asked me why I want to know what type of disease my father has. Why would a doctor not want to answer your questions regarding a potentially terminal rare disease. I felt like I was a criminal asking her questions.She does not seem to put much effort into caring for seniors. Avoid her if you can . I wish I could get a different specialist for my father. I am feeling anxiety having to take my father to see her again. No warmth or caring. Her staff on the other hand are awesome. Caring and helpful and always open with help. I hope she sees this and understands that when patients ask questions they just need help and guidance and is this not what a doctor is there for. To help. If not you are in the wrong profession .

Dr Brown has been my specialist for the past 3 years. From the first visit , everyone I have dealt with in the office has always greeted me kindly and professionally and with a great smile! She is very knowledgeable,kind,caring and helpful. This includes her staff, receptionists etc. Always punctual and very supportive .

Dr. Brown is a "Karen", she has really poor bedside manner and communication. She does not appreciate questions and is condescending if you do ask her anything. Unfortunately, due to limited specialists in the Province we are stuck with her. However, the Kidney clinic team is fantastic so they make-up for her failiings, thankfully we see the team more than her. Unfortunately, I have to rate staff low in order for overall score for Dr. Brown to be accurate.

Was able to get an appointment within a few days of contacting her office and this saved my kidneys as they were failing while I waited for an appointment elsewhere. Will forever be thankful that I got to see her and have had 3 good years since my issue was corrected.
