Dr Kordas is a wonderful doctor and very helpful, however the staff's compentancy level leaves a lot to be desired. All appointments are overbooked so long waits are standard. The staff needs help with phone skills as well as training on efficiency and politeness. Overall, they're the most frustrating front office staff I've ever dealt with and the fact that anyone puts up with them really ought to say a lot about the excellent quality of care that Dr Kordas gives.
