My kids have been seeing Dr. Rao since they were born over 14 years ago. My kids have received excellent care from her and her staff.

I interviewed Dr Rao when I was pregnant with my first child and she has treated both of my children for over 14 years. She is kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. She takes ample time at appointments to answer questions and is genuinely concerned about the welfare of my kids.

The care my child received from this provider really disappointed me. She did not know how to deal with a screaming child and inserted the scope into the ear over and over again. Dr. had to leave the room because my child was so upset from her exam and she did not return. In addition, did not give sound advice. Overall unimpressed with care provided to my toddler.

Dr Rao is the kind of person a pediatrician should be. Wonderful with the children and the concerned parents. She knows her stuff, is always open for any questions we might have, and takes her time throughout the office visit to ensure everything has been taken care off. On top of all of this she is incredible sweet and caring.
