Yes, also I used to see Dr Farahani at Maple

Now I see him at his clinic in Milton; it is a bit of driving, however it is worth it

Such a big difference, his clinic is so organized and great staff

If you are referred here by your family doctor I strongly suggest you ask to be sent somewhere else. That is my own personal advice based on my experience. Save yourself the trouble.

Dr. Farahani is very knowledgeable but difficult to deal with. Messages for the doctor are often not returned. Calls and faxes from drug stores for renewals are ignored, even when it is urgent. I don't understand why this is acceptable behavior.

Horrible staff.... a receptionist who has no idea what is she talking, she doesnt know any details on what to check and what to report... my prescription got over and i called Farahani's office... the receptionist told me her system is having issues and she'll call me and update on my appointment and blood report that they might have received... after 10 days of NO RESPONSE from this office i called and left a message agin to get a call telling me that i missed couple appointments (mind it their office was closed, only phone appointments) and so i need to pay.... pay for something the staff was not able to confirm which missed appointments.... this Doctor needs to understand if he is not making any money, he is in a wrong business... he should start driving UBER to make some extra cash rather than blaming his patients for his own team's mistake. theit system crashes every time the reception is calling, the doctor had no idea where the blood reports are. staff is old fashioned and not qualified to handle calls. save yourself and stay away, there are better doctors around who value their patients. this office seems to be more like a business. SHAME on the staff and Doctor if he is not aware of what the staff is doing.

While the appointment started a little late, the care and support was superior. I was treated well and quickly. I appreciate the time the team spent with me.

Unpleasant and least knowledgeable staff, they easily snap and mistreat public. They are in there for the money, not providing care and humanity. Patient to them is rated as per how much can he/she benefit their business. I was denied service after waiting 55 minutes, just because I complained about the long wait, mind you I never used any offensive or abusive language, rather Dr. Farahani did.
