Dr. Houchmand is an extremely knowledgeable, patient and honest dentist. He cares a lot about his patient, explains all the treatment options details in a clear way, with no rush, and in a friendly manner. His work is always accurate, comfortable besides being a beautiful and nice artwork. I'm glad to know him and his professional, responsible and kind team and personnel in reception.

Dr. Houchmand provides tremendous service. He has very friendly and honest staff and a clean location. Dr. Houchmand is extremely knowledgeable, and he always ensures to provide the patient with as many treatment options as possible. Aside from providing a variety of options, he also allows the clients to choose the most comfortable option. There are little wait times, which I find amazing and perfect for my busy schedule. However, it is important to remark that Dr. Houchmand is a very patient doctor; he directs all of his attention to one patient at a time and never rushes procedures. He's very compassionate and expresses genuine care for his clients.

Dr. Houchmand and his entire staff give excellent service. As a senior I appreciate I automatically receive a 10% discount. Dr. Houchmand's office is very clean and he has all the latest equipment'. He had a mouth guard made up for me and the price was reasonable. Especially with specialist medical doctors I make an appointment for a certain - the wait time could be very long whereas Dr. Houchmand makes it a point to ensure I am seen at the appointed time. As a senior I see a number of doctors I arrive by or before by or before my appointment time only to wait a long time to be seen. My appointment with Dr. Houchmand this month I have to wait to see Dr. Houchmand because he was doing surgery. Dr. H. apologized for the delay and one of his staff gave me a Tim Horton's gift card for the inconvenience. Dr. houchmand apologized for keeping me waiting and told my his time is very valuable and he recognizes my time is also valuable. Any readers to my comments have you ever had the kind of service I received from any doctor's office?

Exceptional! My dentist for nearly 30 years until I moved away last year, I want to express my deep appreciation to him for the many years of concern for and care of my dental health. Consummately skilled, perceptive and insightful, he faithfully executed all aspects of my dental care to the highest standards of his profession. Burnaby is very fortunate to have him practicing in the community .

Simply the best dental experience I've ever had. From friendly warm faces to knowledgeable dentist to cutting edge equipment. We started with just my wife visiting dr h. And then it wasmy toddler and then now myself. I really recommend dr h.

This is the best dental clinic ever. The staff are warm friendly and very helpful. My standing line is should I go for wine and tapas OR a root canal with Dr Houchmand and team !!! Honestly it is a toss up and I am a true fraidy cat ! Awesome team!

Dr. Houchmand is very caring, knowledgeable and through. He always makes sure that I understand what kind of procedures he is going to take or how to prevent issues from happening. His staff are wonderful as well.

Excellent dentist. I've been going to Dr. Houchmand since 2010. I found him to be very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. He always greets you and I feel taken care of when I see him. I've referred my wife and brothers to Dr. Houchmand. His staff carries the same professionalism and are very friendly. I love their follow up calls to remind you of the next appointment and now, they text you with reminders which for me is great because I can check it anytime.
