It has been a couple years since an in person appt. I found when I did have an appt I would have to wait 15 to 30 minutes to see him. SO I made a change and only booked an appt for any day BUT it had to be his FIRST appt. Since then he has been on time almost every time...its the only way to see him close to the appointed time because he is trying to help each patient and most of us will keep asking questions for as ,long as we can so it puts Dr Lee in a spot cause he wont kick you out because the appt time has run long. AND as we know this disease is running rampant and he is swamped with old and new patients. This is a great Dr and I have been with him for 25 year now. I must admit I am not a fan of telephone appts and will not do them much longer as they are too impersonal. But the little dude is a caring Dr. and nor have I had any issues with his staff.

Very recently I had a phone call ”visit” with DR. Lee and he told me that he would send my thyroid prescription to my pharmacy by phone. He DID Not. When I went to my pharmacy to get my medication there was no prescription. The same day : (1) the pharmacy sent him a fax to renew my prescription, (2) I left a phone message on his office phone asking for prescription and (3) I sent a request for prescription via MEDEO med. app where before he sent me a PDF requisition for blood test. Three days later I repeated (2) and (3). Seven days later I called his office again. In summary, over the full week I called DR. Lee’s office three times - nobody is answering the phone, nobody is checking the fax machine and nobody is checking the voice mail or the e-mails sent by MEDEO app which, I assume is designed for urgent communication with patients. Totally ignores the patients.

Came here twice, had to wait over an hour. I left the second time without seeing the doctor. This is inconsiderate and unneccessary. I agree with the comments about the receptionist, she talks to her friends on the phone and ignores the patients.

The office never answers the phone and states that they will call you back in few days. I left two voicemail messages and never received a call back. I had to call again and the secretary answered the phone. When I told her about the messages that I left, she stated that the message was not clear and that is ridiculous because I speak fluent English.

There is a serious communication problem in the office ....especially the secretary. Secretary doesn't know how to answer or pick up the phones. Keeps hanging up on patients. I find them extremely rude.
