Dr.Pinchbeck was really rude to me at my Colonoscopy in the misericordia hospital if she is busy you can work and still be nice

I am very fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Melanie Pinchbeck. She and her staff, Jan, IV Nurse and Ann, assistant make a great team and are amazing and caring professionals. Dr. Melanie Pinchbeck has taken the time to hear my concerns and to explain things in a manner that is easy to understand. She has literally changed my life since being diagnosed with Crohn’s disease. Together we have patiently tried numerous medications finding the right ones that work for me.
I can’t thank you enough.

Was terrific at first now can not get a return phone had to contact surgeon that referred me to her. Still no phone call. Don't know what happened but seems dropped off the end of earth. No idea what is going to happen to the treatment I am on.

She had been my doctor for the last 4 years, explains everything in terms we can understand, great bedside manner.

This doctor, the first time I made a mistake and I wasn't completely clean.
Then she went on Maternity leave . Suddenly and all appointment were Cancelled until further notice).
The second Time I was postponed in March due to the Pandemic.
The third time I was completely clean, but a smallest glass of Orange |Juice (as a Diabetic, and withouyt solid foof for 2 days my blood sugar dropped very fast only 6 hours before the 8 am surgery. The nurses wanted to postpone me till after lunch, They won't let me take a taxi home, and I couldn't arrange a ride from anyone I knew.
The fourth time, the super rude and liar secretary, called and said that my surgery has been cancelled, and this G.I. doc will not take my case again, I reported to Alberta Health Service, nothing happened from them.
DO NOT TRUST this doctor's medical Ethics nor Professionalism.
I have no idea about her Knowledge in this field, so I cannot comment on that.

Dr. Pinchbeck is very helpful. Was very scared when I got diagnosed with Crohns last year, but she has helped me get back on track and feeling much better.
