Initially, I was impressed with how Dr Arianayagam at the time of my initial consult appeared to be empathetic. I sought his consult in a 2nd opinion capacity given the potential seriousness of my condition.

Upon receiving news of a PIRAD 5 grading for my MRI, I decided I would get the necessary biopsy with my urologist of 30 years instead of with Dr Arianayagam. I was booked in for a Monday biopsy and on the Friday before was unable to contact my regular urologist. I sent an email to Dr Arianayagam;s rooms and received this from his receptionist:

"Dr Arianayagam has read your email dated today (5.10.21). He advises he will not be personally responding. He does not consider himself part of your treatment team."

For someone who demonstrated faux concern, empathy and was quite happy to accept payment for his consulting services, I found this to be disgusting behaviour on both a professional and humane level.

My experience with Dr Mohan has been excellent. From the very first appointment he took the time to explain what was going on and what my options were. I found him to be very thorough and professional, but also friendly and willing to answer any questions no matter how many I had or how simple they may have been. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Dr Mohan is higly knowleded and helpful in guiding in right direction for treatment. I had slow growing prostate cancer and his advise of having two biopsy got me cleared.
He is the best.

I can heartily recommend Dr Arianayagam. He is personable, efficient and caring. Happy to answer all questions; he is very patient. He is an experienced surgeon. An excellent office staff. My experience from initial diagnosis to post surgery discussions has been excellent.

he has helped me with a number of kidney issues over the last 2 years. he has always been very approachable and explaining everything that was going to happen and taken very good care of me. I am thankful that i ended up in his good hands when i went to emergency

Recommend him because of his medical honesty. He recommended that I seek a second opinion from an oncologist rather than go straight to surgery. He missed out on adding another prostatectomy to his already impressive list of successful robotic surgeries.
