She's been my pain doctor for almost 5 yrs. She has managed my pain with meds and I've never felt addicted or had to ask for more meds than she had prescribed. She really cares. Dr. Joseph gave me my life back. I call her my angel. Her staff, Paula, Kim and Alisha all treat me like family. If you've seen many doctors, you really can appreciate one who really cares. We need more doctors like her.

Very good at what she does, there is never any pain from where i was injected into my lower back or neck.

Dr. Joseph is nice but really didn't help me. The office staff made multiple errors in scheduling appointments. She did a procedure without following the recommendations of the doctor that had read my MRI. The procedure didn't help because that wasn't the problem. She would tell me she was prescribing a medication and then not follow through. I felt a little frustrated.

I have been seeing Dr. Joseph for about a year and a half. She is great! Her staff is great! She will not throw a bunch of medications at you instead she wants to find long term solutions to help your quality of life. If you are tired of just being another patient this is the Dr. for you. She really wants what is best for you. She won't put you through a procedure unless she knows you will benefit from it. I have called and left a message about a question or problem and not only did the doctor call me back over a weekend, she called again later in the evening to check back in on me to see how I was doing. She cares as well as her staff. She has treated my long term pain with out making me a drug addict! I can not recommend her enough!

I SPENT SEVERAL HOURS FILLING OUT PRE-VISIT PAPERWORK WHICH THE DOCTOR DID NOT TAKE TIME TO READ AND THEN SHE INFORMED ME THAT I WOULD HAVE TO SEE SEVERAL OTHER SPECIALISTS BEFORE SHE WOULD CONSIDER THE PROCEDURE WHICH SHE PROBABLY WOULDN'T DO FOR ME ANYWAY - I LIVE 100 MILES FROM THIS DOCTOR AND THIS VISIT WAS A WASTE OF MY TIME. MY 20% CO-PAY WAS 40.00 WHICH MEANS I SPEND 200.00 FOR TEN MINUTES OF WASTED TIME - PLUS TRAVEL!
