I had cataract surgery on both eyes. Dr Brooks and his staff spent time discussing all the options and different lenses. I went by Dr. Brooks recommendation regarding what was important for me. I wanted the best reading and computer sight that I could get for the shape of my eyes. Wow, after the first eye was done which was my dominant eye, I could read and see the computer perfectly the next day. I even was able to work the next day. Then after the second eye, I was even more pleased. The surgery was quick with no pain at all. I was just amazed. Thank you, Dr Brooks for giving me perfect sight for the rest of my life. Brooks Eye Associates is totally amazing. This location is right off a highway exit which is very convenient. You will have the opportunity to drive right up to the door for drop off in a circular driveway. There is plenty of convenient parking. The front desk reception area is like a grand welcome center, you will be awesomely greeted in a very caring and sincere manner. The atmosphere is very open and sunny, the architectural design is top notch, it has a flair of peace and relaxation with much calmness. A nurse or a technician will come to escort you to your first steps of getting your eye sight to excellent quality with your pre exam tests. Next you will be escorted to a huge beautiful waiting area that has some of the most beautiful artwork, with very relaxing seating, for a brief period of time. Then you will have the amazing opportunity to be examined by Dr. Dain Brooks. Dr. Brooks will take quality time with your eye examination. He will then discuss the best options to get your eyesight corrected. Dr. Brooks is very sincere and caring as he speaks his professional truths to you. If surgery is recommended, you will be escorted to counselor(s) that will throughly go over your next needed rewarding steps.
The surgery center is conveniently located on the other side of the same building. The surgery center is magnificently handled for intake patients. Very caring warm smiles and authentic concern for each patient is given at intake. The patient intake area is a very beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. A Registered nurse will come take you for your surgery. These nurses, technicians, Doctors, Anesthesiologist and etc. are so professional and kind to every patient. Dr. Brooks will soon come and speak to you before surgery. After surgery you will be taken to recovery where even more loving nurses take care of you. Upon leaving recovery these awesome nurses offer you water, juice, snacks if you desire to have it. You will be wheel chaired to the area where your driver will take you home. My whole experience at Brooks Eye Associates was life changing with the full effect of good clear vision. I highly recommend that you bring your valuable eye sight here as soon as you know you may have an eye sight problem. I promise you, that you will certainly be as well pleased as I am. I am grateful to the entire team at Brooks Eye Associates.

Just got a cataract removed from my right eye by Dr. Brooks and Staff. I was absolutely terrified at the thought of my eye being cut into. They measured my eyes again and again before the day of surgery. On that day, they knew exactly what to do. After some meds and reassuring conversations by everyone involved, I was rolled into the OR and told to look at the light. I was completely awake the entire time. The next thing I knew I was being rolled to my car to go home. That quick and painless. Two days later with only one eye fixed, I am already not needing glasses and loving how the world is so colorful and beautiful. Going in for the next eye in a few days, but this time I'm going to be relaxed and happy because I know I will be well taken care of, cared for and bonus, the world I see will be even more beautiful than ever before.

Wait time was insanely long...he spent all of two minutes, maybe, with me. Told me I'm a candidate for a lens upgrade, but didn't tell me what it does. Left the exam room to answer his mobile phone.
