Dr. Bever is my family doctor for 32 years. He has been extremely helpful, diagnosing and treating the various health problems of my family of four. He is very knowledgeable. We trust him completely. He is very patient and friendly, and always listens carefully, when we describe the symptoms of our ailments. Dr. Bever likes his patients, and he has a great sense of humor. He is sincere and says what he thinks, but he is also respectful and does not hurt our feelings. Dr. Bever has a very positive character, and we always feel happy and well cared for, after seeing him.

Im 24 years old, Dr. Bever was my doctor from day one until 4 months ago. Back in the day he was great. I did have issues with him in the last 5 years or so though. I'd complained for over a year of pain, so bad i could not put weight on my feet. I was ignored and told I wasnt in enough pain for tests to be run and too young for arthritis (my fingers were now huge). Until a doc filling in for him one week sent me for bloodwork and determined I had rheumatoid arthritis (which commonly hits around age 21). My specialist was blown away that I'd gone that long without blood work or treatment. I was placed on a med. for the RA, after a while i was having severe chest pain and trouble breathing. Countless appointments spent trying to convince him i needed help. Many other areas of pain were ignored. I switched docs, who imediately ran tests and found all sorts of problems. I was told, "Im surprised your getting out of bed with this many issues". I now feel fantastic and thankful for new doc!

He was not on time, and he did not listen to my issues. I injured my back in a car accident and saw Dr Bever as a followup on another doctor's diagnosis. As I tried to explain my injuries, I was interrupted by Dr Bever and told that I was not feeling any pain. This was false, and generally speaking it is not unreasonable that I would be feeling pain after such an accident. He did not care about my injuries and told me to leave without having heard me out or helped in any way. As it pains my back to sit for too long at this time, I was mocked for having been standing upon his arrival. These last two visits were very disappointing and I have lost any and all respect for this person as a health care professional.

Dr. Bever seems to have reached a point in his career of extreme apathy. He is borderline rude and often mocking in his language and tone. He does not listen to his patients or take the proper time and care necessary for accurate diagnosis. He, therefore, should re-evaluate his reasons for being in his chosen field of work.

Dr. Bever was my physician from the time I was little until I moved away from the area at about 18. He was wonderful...so much so that 22 yrs later I felt the need to rate him. I have had many doctors since I was 18 and he ranks up there as one of the best. Very thorough, personable and genuinely cared and he was/is great with children! We have had several family members that have seen him over the years and all have always had high praise for him. Hope you are well Dr. B!!

Dr Bever was my doctor for 30+ years. Always taking the time you need with him. He cared for me and my family. He took care of me in pregancies, family crisses and divorce. Always a professional. He really cared about all his patients. I was very proud to say he was my doctor until my move a year ago. I miss him.

Dr. Bever was my dr. for 30+ years. He has always been cheerful, always took the time to listen to you. If he was late seeing you I knew that it was because he was giving full attention to someone else and would do the same for me. He always took good care of me and my children, both he delivered. I changed doctors for two reasons only and that is Dr. Bever changed offices farther away from me and I suspect he will be retiring in the next few years. So, when a new dr. became available in my area I thought I should change while she was still taking new patients.
