I’m blown away by the reviews on this dr.!! I find her the nastiest, most condescending person I’ve ever encountered in my life. In my 50+ years of life, I’ve never had anyone make me feel so small and talk down to me like I’m a complete idiot. I dread appointments with her but with it being impossible to get a new dr. I’m stuck with her and feeling terrible every time I leave there. She will help but not without belittling you in the process.

It is so hard to get in touch with office to set an appointment the phone are hardly answered and messages not returned on a timely basis.

Went above and beyond for me when I was sick. Never hesitates to check with other doctors if she is not 100% sure. I value her care and think she’s a really good doctor.

She was our doctor for several years. She might be ok as long as you don't have complicated health issues. If your issues are not straight forward I suggest going to a different doctor. It might be because she only works 3 days a week and just doesn't have the time...I don't know. She can also be not the most appropriate when delivering news. She can also make simple things unnecessarily difficult when your already facing so many obstacles and hardships. I'm referring to things that several other doctors didn't have any hesitation at all with.

I am really lucky to have her as my "Family Doctor". Very cheerful, always listen to you & the best thing is, she refers you to the specialist even if she has 1% doubt ! Just the best.

I have been seeing Dr. Sarah Kronis for many years. She is a very compassionate and knowledgeable Doctor who definitely is fulfilling her calling.

Dr Kronis is intelligent, caring and thorough. She is kind and considerate, would even apologise when late at calling you from the waiting room. She is not condescending and she knows how to address your concerns. I was impressed that she called personally to inform me her office was closed during the pandemic. All the other times I went to see Dr Kronis in the past, she acknowledged and addressed my need for support as I would generally reject any medicated solution. The office staff is pleasant. They are old-fashion, This is not a flashy modern, in your face type of office. They could be your pop and mom type of operation. They always return calls, and they always follow-up on your tests and call back to inform you of the outcome. Definitely great service.

Dr. Kronis is a very kind, caring GP with an excellent bedside manner and a sharp sense of humour, which makes tough news go down much easier. She has a lot of knowledge and listens to patient concerns. Her clinic used to be right next to my house and I followed her about 30 minutes north when she moved, because she's a great GP.

I have had the opportunity to become a patient of Dr. Kronis . I have seen her on a few occasions and I must say she is so polite, caring, compassionate and a great listener. I wish I had gone to her sooner. Again, one of kind!!!!!
