He is awesome!! Always has time for my questions, and explains things very clearly. He is able to maintain a professional standard, yet meet you at a personal level. When I need to be seen urgently for something, he and his staff are always able to fit me in.

The new receptionist should find a different career. She is unbelievably off-putting and clearly doesn't care about her job.

I find his scheduling to be uncomfortably arbitrary. I call to book an appointment after being hospitalised, but can't be seen for weeks. My parents, siblings, friends call, and they're advised to show up "any time today". I have a neurological condition, but apparently that doesn't matter. And, then when i do have an appointment, i never wait less than an hour after my scheduled time.

It is most caring doctor I have meet I wish more where like him. He listened and cared about my problems I have been with him for a long time I hope he never retires.

Best Doctor in the county. Very caring- he saw my family and I through the chemo radiation and attendant worries with care and professionalism and his staff have been terrific over the past twenty odd years excellent!!!

Richard was kind enough to accept me as a patient after I met him socially at the lake. At the time I had been suffering from a long run of bad GPs. I've now been going to him for over a year, and find his professional relaxed setting a breath of fresh air. I certainly have every intention of remaining his patient as long as he is still in practice.

He has been my doctor for over 28 years. I met him at the Emergency at Langley Memorial Hospital. Phoned the next day becasue my doctor at the time, couldn't see my daughter for three days, even though she had been at the Emerg. Dr. B and his staff welcomed us, and we have been there ever since. He delivered my grandchildren. Thanks Richard for the excellent time and care that you haven to me and my family.

DR B is one of the best DR'S I have ever dealt with. I have never waited to long to get in to see him and his staff has always treated me very well, I have sent my whole family in to him and now he takes care of all of us, I cant thank him enough for all he has done for me and my family. I would totally recommend him to any one that needs a great family dr.
