Excellent advocacy, bedside manner, communication, and knowledge. Works well with the elderly, even people with communication barriers! Highly recommend, especially of you have an aging loved one in long term care requiring an in-person visit for eye exams.

Dr. Ziad is very knowledgeable, very patient and friendly. Was able to identify an eye problem I have by just looking at it, and his recommendations and eye exams are precise. Very recommended, Thank you

I was not too impressed with only one receptionist helping at the time but when she was able to assist, she was extremely pleasant and patient. Dr Ziad, I found to be friendly. His eye exam was extremely quick. I was only there for less than 5 mins which is not normal for me. He appeared to know what he was talking about and gave me visuals for my knowledge. If you're seeking a eye doctor that takes his time then I would not recommend this eye doctor.
