Secretary does not answer the phone , I had to leave messages several times. Very difficult to contact Doctor because of his secretary lack of patient cate and professionalism and most likely solving her personal stuff. Therefore He is not a surgeon to choose because you will not get any answer if need the Doctor after surgery
