Dr.Conway was recommended as the best in her field and she definitely is top notch! She understood my partners frustration concerning three previous surgeries due to a continuing infection following knee surgery by two other doctors over a year long period. Dr.Conway and her team are knowledgeable and they listen. We did not mind the drive to Baltimore at all since we were seeing the BEST in her field!

In August of 2021 I was at a sporting event and found myself unable to walk or stand. After a surgical procedure to clean out my knee and several weeks in the hospital I was still not progressing. Three months later I was referred to Dr. Janet Conway. She immediately took control of the situation. I was diagnosed with a septic knee (with three separate infectious virus/bacteria) After an extensive surgical procedure and several months of physical therapy I am now much better and ambulatory. Without Dr. Conway's intervention i would have lost my leg or worse. Dr. Conway saved my leg and life. I highly recommend Dr. Conway. She is the best. And on top of all that she is a nice caring person and easy to talk to.

Dr. Janet Conway is an amazing doctor. Absolutely no complaint when it comes to her skills. My biggest complaint is the 1 1/2 hour wait. No one comes in to let you know she is running behind. The last two times I saw her she was in and out in 30 seconds. No time to talk with her. This time because I complained that I will not wait any longer (after 1 1/4 hours) she came in. And this time she really listened and checked me up. Usually its an ex-ray review and out the door. This time she gave me enough time to let her know that I had numbness in my left foot. She recommended an MRI .
I know she is a great doctor. I am forever thankful that she gave me the ability to walk again. But waiting each and every visit for 1 - 2 hours is unacceptable. If she is running late someone should call the patient to let them know to come later. Or schedule appointments appropriately. Almost considering have my medical files sent to another doctor.

Dr. Janet Conway without a doubt saved my son's arm. He broke both bones in his right arm and had nothing but complications after his initial surgery in the ER at Shady Grove Hospital. After two surgeries and two deep bone staph infections, we were referred to Dr. Conway. She immediately shared with us the plan of action. He would need a third surgery and removal of the hardware and a PICC line for IV antibiotics. My son was in a dire state when we came to visit Dr. Conway. She was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and high skilled in her field. I am so incredibly thankful to her for turning my son's situation around and getting him back on track. She was accessible throughout pre and post op, and for the duration of his healing and recovery. We are forever indebted to her and would 100% recommend her to anyone in need of orthopedic surgery, particularly involving bone infections. She's THE BEST!!!

I broke my Tibia plateau pretty badly And she did her thing And now I am on the road to recovery. Couldn't ask for a better surgeon. Every ortho surgery my family has ever needed, doctor Conway was there to get us back on our feet. 10 out of 10 would go again. (Only if needed) lol

She is the most honest orthopedist surgeon I have ever met people she is renowned in her field and no wait times maybe long that's because she will not exit an exam room until her patient is satisfied and has answers to every question they present. She goes over and beyond and only has your direct issue at heart. She will never put your health in jeopardy she will never do anything that is not needed to be done. In mentioning she goes over and above to ensure that your issue is properly handled and you'll be satisfied at the outcome.
