Very empathic and caring. Spent much more time with me than most other providers I've seen. Suggested helpful treatments that had not previously been offered, and testing that had not been suggested to me before. Very helpful and excellent professional.

She seems to try to do things that are helpful but are only strictly by the book. She isn't really empathetic and she doesn't engage with patients outside of your appointment because she doesn't have time - which could be just an office problem except that she says she'll help you but then either doesn't or responds with the bare minimum. Also, she doesn't ask the usual check-in questions that other mental health providers do routinely, which seems weird. Again, maybe a system problem or just different training or standards. Competent but not the best. If your needs are simple, she seems worth a try. Appointment availability is somewhat limited.
