Desiree Jabin saved my son’s life after he had an elective procedure go wrong when he was extubated after surgery. The doctors lost his airway and had to re- intubate him. All the nurses thought everything was fine and she is the only one who said she didn’t hear breath sounds and noticed the ventilator wasn’t right. If it wasn’t for her actually getting the trauma doctor in the emergency room he’d probably be brain dead right now. The trauma doctor was able to push on his chest and get out all of the trapped air and my son is fine now but it was so scary. He’s only 23 years old and he could have died because no one else noticed he was not ok!!

Dr. Jabin really helped my wife with her lung cancer breathing treatments. My wife is in hospice but Dr. Jabin doesn’t treat her like she’s dying. She treats her like a friend. She told us her own mom passed last year and she really has a lot of compassion. This is a very dark situation we’re in and she can actually put a smile on our faces .

She’s amazing. My dad would have died from heart failure if she didn’t put him on a breathing machine. She set the machine up and he got to be discharged hours later when he could have died. He couldn’t breathe. She saved his life 100 percent. He’s already home from emergency room!

Dr Jabin and I had a 20 minute video conference so she could help me with my mom’s breathing machine. It wasn’t giving her enough oxygen. Dr Jabin took the time to listen to our concerns and solved the problem with the breathing mask too.

Everyone else at the hospital was really rude. She is really smart and caring. I hope you don’t need to go to emergency but if you do you’re lucky to get someone so nice and good at their job.

I had pneumonia and she helped save my life. She gave me breathing treatments and kept me off the respirator. She is very calm and that helped me stay calm because I thought I was going to die .

Dr. Jabin is very thorough and helped save my life in the emergency department last week. I was in the ICU on a respirator after a heart attack. She’s very caring and set my machine so I was comfortable and not scared.

Not happy that she got me a CPACK prescribed but she swears if I don’t use it I’m going to end up in the emergency room again and maybe die so I’ll use it for 2 weeks at home like she said but if I don’t like it I’m giving it back
