New patient. Got there early to fill out paperwork. Door locked. Staff inside watching tv. Waited an hour to be called back. Nurse practitioner!!! Where’s the doctor. She was argumentative and knows everything about menopause yet does not have a medical licenseS. Dirty blanket on coach in waiting room/ ewww.
