Find another place to get your plastic surgery done!! I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed in the procedures performed on Mr by Dr. O BOILEAU. 20,000 Wasted. Tummy tuck, with liposuction, I was left with upper part of my tummy, and still a belly flap and a roll of fat. Why didnt he do the liposuction I paid for, before removing anything? Is that not most PS's do? It sure is. He told me that I need a revision, and that 90% of tummy tuck clients, need revision. I paid for the extra liposuction so that I would have a better outcome. He told me that he didn't want to take more than 1.8 L from my belly because I would problems healing! That is not true, as other plastic surgeons advised me that 3-4 litres of fat volume can safely be removed without issues.

Liposuction for Axillary breast fat, I still have that fat sitting there, he told me that I had ascites. And needed revision.

Brachioplasty: My arms are bigger than they were before the surgery. I had a severe infection with fever he called sepsis, the first week post surgery. I had to send in over 20 pictures to the nurse, to prove that I had an infection, before they would send in a prescription. Needless to say, I'm 9 weeks post op and my arms are sagging, one arm has sag over my elbow and the arms are very heavy and flap heavily when I move. So I wear compression to ease the discomfort, still. I'm very sad, and embarrased to wear a tshirt. If skin and fat was removed, why are my stretch marks still in the same place? I have one arm larger than the other. He told me that he could make nice slender arms for me. Nope!! I understand it takes time to see the full extent of recovery. But, skin doesn't disappear!! It's still on my arms! What did you cut off? He didn't lipo my arms either. Heavy, wagging arms. If I could post photos, I would. I'm keeping a photo journal as time goes by.

I still wear compression garments because of the discomfort I'm feeling, my arms still hurt. He told me that I need not wear them anymore as they will do nothing for me.

He was rude, he shouted at me and didn't give me a fair assessment. I has questions about when I could return to the gym or have a soak in the bath. He spent 10 mins with me, I tried to express how badly I was feeling but he told me to get over myself. He refused to see me at the 3 month aftercare appointment and instead shouted at me that he'd see me in 6 months instead. He didn't look at my arms, he took a very quick glance at my tummy and that was it. He refuses to be wrong, he refuses to be accountable. Do not go to him!!! Go to New Brunswick or Toronto. I've had 2nd opinions and I'm told I definitely need revision.

I have had many procedures with Dr. Boileau, upper eyes, breast reduction, lower eyes tummy tuck - its just been the most incredible experience with Dr. Boileau, he is personable and kind, but also knows his craft (we often think doctors with no bedside manner are the best but not the case here), I have barely any scars, and am super pleased every time I am done. My recovery has always been excellent as well, they give excellent directions on care, and I follow them to a tee with excellent results every single time...5 stars all the way every time...thank you

I found Dr. Boileau's treatment towards during my last procedure to me incredibly disrespectful, discourteous, and rude.

I met with him for five minutes to discuss a small liposuction procedure on my stomach. You said it could be done by way of local anesthetic and not general anesthetic. He did not state that there would be no sedative provided. That was not discussed. I paid for the procedure and it was booked.

When I arrived for the procedure I with the nurse. I asked about what drugs I would be given during the procedure and she informed me that I would be awake during the procedure. I still didn’t quite understand that I would be alert during the procedure as I had other procedures (colonoscopies) where I was awake, but sedated. It wasn’t until Dr. Boileau had inserted the needle to freeze the section that I realized I would be completely awake and feel the entire procedure. I told him I was scared, that it felt awful, and asked for a sedative. His response was dismissive. He asked me if I wanted to end the procedure, he told me he didn’t have staff to administer a sedative and it was more expensive, that it wasn’t painful, and that it would only be a few minutes.

It simply is not his place to tell me how I should be experiencing the procedure. As it remained to continue to be unpleasant feeling a tube being pushed inside my body, I said I would pay for a sedative, anything so I would not be aware of what was happening. His asked if I wanted to end the procedure with your tube inside me. I wanted it over with, to never come back, so I told him to continue.

I would expect this type of arrogant behaviour from a surgeon in the public health care system who is over worked, but I payed for a private procedure. I was his client, not just your patient.

He should openly inform patients who are going to be having a procedure under local anesthesia that they will not be given a sedative. Give them a choice if they want to pay more for a sedative. I know I would have paid more for a sedative to not experience feeling something pushing inside my body.

I have been a repeat client of his for eight years because I have been happy with the results of the procedures you have performed. Thankfully, I never had to speak him for more than a minute before having those procedures because I had general anesthesia. I will not be coming back to see him again.

I paid 21,000 only to be extremely disappointed with my results. I lost a lot of weight and went in to have skin removal surgery and I was still left with a ridiculous amount of loose skin.

Dr Louis Boileau is one of the best surgeons I’ve ever met. He was so caring, understanding, and helpful. The process itself was so easy and comforting. I felt supported the entire time. From booking the consultation to graduation care, the whole team was there for me. On the morning of surgery, Dr. Boileau answered all my questions and ensured I felt safe going under Anastasia. When I woke up, my nurses were extremely attentive and helpful. I would recommend Dr. Boileau and his team to anyone requiring plastic surgery. I love them. Thank you, Cassandra.

My experience at The Landing was an absolute pleasure. Dr. Boileau and his team are professionals with a lot of class. My only regret is not seeing him sooner. Thank you for making my experience positive and pleasant. Exceptional facility with the finest staff.

He was so dismissive and after him recommending coolsculpting vs liposuction I wouldn’t let this doctor touch me with a 10ft pole. I repeatedly told him I’m not interested in it and he wouldn’t stop bringing it up.

I had Breast Augmentation and implants performed by Dr Louis Boileau in 2016 and had revision in 2018 as the Dr at this visit mentioned my skin was too thin for the implants and I needed further skin removal. I wish his “experience” would have made this insightful comment before the first surgery as I was to choose my own size and knowing that I would have chosen a smaller size so my skin wouldn’t stretch and now hurt.
I absolutely hate my implants. They are saggy and have fallen into my armpits. I am always in pain because the implants are weighting my skin and chest down. I always have to wear a bra or sports bra or I am in pain. They look horrible and i look like my breasts are on the side of body and not the front. I contacted the clinic and Dr on multiple occasions and crickets. I would not recommend this Dr because I feel a good Dr would have told me “your skin is too to thin for the size of these implants” instead of just doing the surgery knowing this.
I 100% regret this decision and using this clinic. Over 20k down the drain and my breasts look terrible.
