The staff/secretary is extremely rude, ignorant, not very helpful and unorganized. Other people have gotten my "reminder appt. calls". The Dr. is always late, always takes calls when in with patients & doesn't listen. Spends 5-10 minutes maybe with a patient that has been waiting 7 hours to see a Psych Dr. at the hospital only to release with pills when they need a more thorough assessment, support & resources. He'd rather have people on meds then accessing legitimate support and resources. Not everything is solved with ativan, prozac or ritalin. Do not recommend and will never go back. Just sad Lloyd doesn't have many options.

I had my first and last appointment today. The office ended up calling my mother’s number even though I called the office a month before to tell them they had the wrong number. And when I did do the appointment eventually, he took 2 phone calls during the appointment and I could hear his phone ringer going off every 5 minutes. He was very disorganized and I had to correct the information he repeated to me many times. Do not recommend.

The first time I saw him he started prescribing medications to me, he never listened to my problems or well-being therefore I had to see tons of other psychologists, therapists, etc. It was a waste of my time seeing him.

I am not giving an stars to this 'DR"- he is a waste of our good air we breathe! My son has now gone to this -so called"DR" for almost 9 years now..now giving him meds that very harmful to a persons body - in fact the meds bring on liver disease, etc..! This piece of work never helps anyone- only hands out copious amounts of harmful medications instead of getting to the root of the problem! I hope he goes back under the rock he was found!

I've been seeing him for the past 5+ years. After all these years, I don't feel that I've made a lot of progress as far as my mental health concerns go. He doesn't listen to my complaints, he reads off the same script of questions at each appointment and doesn't even bother to look up and make eye contact with me while I am there. He has me on so many medications and when I question him about them all, he ignored my concerns.
He added another new med to my regime recently and advised me to call into his office within a week to discuss how I am feeling. I called in the morning and was told he would call me back that evening - never did get that call. Fast forward a week later when I did have an in-person appointment scheduled - I show up about 15 minutes early and call the clinic as the sign on the door requests. No answer, not even a receptionist. Another vehicle beside me told me that they had been sitting outside waiting for over an HOUR, and they had travelled 2 hours to see him!! I was out of meds and needed to speak with him regarding my concerns. After calling his office repeatedly, the hospital, my pharmacy and my family doctor, I was out of options and forced to go home with no answers. While he did phone me the next day, on a Saturday, he was rude and tried to argue with me about my appointment. I find his behavior to be extremely unprofessional and highly disrespectful.
I have already sought a referral to a different psychiatrist in the area, unfortunately it is months until I can get in, so I am forced to stay at this clinic.

I do not recommend this doctor for people struggling with mental health issues.

Always late, that is if he even calls. I have been seeing him for 5+ years and all he has done is throw meds in my face that do nothing if not make things worse. The staff are lovely when the phone gets answered and that is also so very rare. I Would not recommend him if you want to actually work with your mental health instead of getting drugs thrown at you.

He understands everything I would tell him, I have bad mental health issues, an seeing him every two weeks, every session we connect to each other and understand what needs to work when we work together, he's a very good person indeed!
