Dr shaffner did surgery on me an all on four implant, now I'm having complications, it's failing and he won't do anything about it as soon as he found out he made an excuse, said I raised my voice ,just an excuse to drop me so he wouldn't have to take responsibility for the failure. Don't see Dr shaffner you will regret ot

Dr Shaffner and all his staff are wonderful, making anxious patients feel at ease. They explained everything and were constantly checking that I was OK. Send home with lots of greats instructions and told not to hesitate to call if I had problems.

Had 2 teeth removed and had a panic attack and they never once rushed me the nurse was incredibly sweet and kept making conversation so that I was comfortable, was asleep within a minute of the IV and woke up with very minimal pain ! 10/10 would recommend this doctor for anyone who is scared of the dentist! Super professional would go again if I had to! Thanks to all the staff never had a nurse be so nice and gentle with me.

Had a tooth extraction done, it had become infected during COVID and there was no saving it. I was upset about it all and dental work always leaves me nervous. I was numbed for the extraction by my own personal choice. Surgery does not make me feel comfortable and sedation brought back unwanted times. He and his staff were amazing with me. Patient and calm, I had a panic attack and felt extremely nauseated and they made me feel comfortable and never once rushed me through it.

I was super pleased with the experience over all. I had a molar out so I have minimal pain and it’s easily treated with Advil or cold compress.

He is very excellent, and knowledgeable person. I did a critical dental surgery but he made it really simple, and surprisingly I did not have any pain after the surgery.

Recently had my first tooth extraction (I’m 75!), and it couldn’t have been easier or less stressful. I opted to be “sedated”, and after a brief visit by the doctor, the nurse got me prepared. The next thing I remember was waking up, getting some self-care instructions, and lots of friendly faces! Very large molar, no pain, little swelling. Highly recommend this team...

Had a tooth removed and implant put in under sedation. The nurse and other lady (I didn't get her title) were amazing. They were so sweet and helped keep me calm (I was super nervous). Matt did a great job, my pain level has stayed at a 0 with just regular ibuprofen, so I assume that's due to his skillfulness. My only complaint is that my appointment was for 10am but I waited in the waiting room until 10:30, and the receptionist wasn't very detailed with the pre-operative instructions. I had to call the morning of to find out I needed a person to stay in the waiting room for me. I'm lucky I didn't plan to take a taxi.
