After years of suffering without a diagnosis I asked my GP to refer me to new rheumatologist. Dr Glen was able to diagnose me immediately and get me started on treatment that gave me my life back. He and Dr. Brent are compassionate, extremely knowledgeable and up to date with the latest research. I have been under their care for several years and highly recommend!

I was very overweight when I saw Dr. Thompson last. He told me I was overweight, and that my pain was from not being use to doing anything, (fat people are lazy), and he told me, that when he goes to the cottage and cuts wood, his little pinky hurts to, because he doesn't do that very often. He compared my pain, to a hurting his own little pnky at a cabin!!!!!!!

I was crawling up my stairs in pain to my sweet little boys. , I couldn't put my boots on from the pain in my feet, and the pain in my hands, it hurts to close a door, fold laundry, drive our truck, hold a brush. I sat on the exam table in tears... All these years later, I am still so sick, living with an immune disease and no diagnosis. He thought I might have lupus.

I am so disappointed in the system. Doctors can say what ever they like behind closed doors, devastating lives one home at a time. Shame on you for this.
I saw him beofre that visit, I was thinner, he gave me his card, told be to call him if I got worse, if my headaches got worse, etc, so I was looking forward to seeing him because he was caring, and helpful. On my last visit, when I was heavier, I sat on that table sobbing my heart out. I needed him and his help, I left so depressed. I have had therapy for that behavior, and I still do. I have anxiety, I am terrified to see doctors now.

I have had AS for 15 years and after seeing many doctors he was the only one who diagnosed me. All other doctors prior were not believing the signs and symptoms I was having until he was able to diagnose me on my first visit through lab and xrays. He has just recently seen my wifes grandmother who was suffering from sever pain and was able to help her also. Great doctors both him and his brother.
