This doctor treated me with two procedures just yesterday. Afterwards she attended me to explain all that had transpired . She was very patient with my questions, & was more than willing to explain in detail. Also, she has a followup plan in place after we get the results back from biopsy of some stomach polyps. Every interaction I've ever had with this doctor has been beyond words. She's EXCELLENT. If you're referred to her; you'll be in very trustworthy 'hands'. I don't hesitate for a second to recommend this General Surgeon. Thank you so much, Dr. "B". You certainly alleviated my concerns. I look forward to the followup meeting at the office. Thanks also to Marcie..(.Dr. Barnett's secretary) is great too.

I saw this Dr. for follow up review of gasstrocopy results. She explained everything very clearly, & was patient with my questions. She went on to say that I needed yet another gastroscopy to remove some polyps that could turn to cancer. She made it very clear that "C' was not the case, just that the type of polyp COULD turn that way. Also, she may arrange for repeat mannometry as the last one was some 3 1/2 yrs ago. I felt I received good medicine from this Dr. My appointment was for 1.30pm, but I didn't get to see her until 2.30. She was very busy, but I know she devotes time to her patients, & is very thorough. I was not rushed because she was running behind in the schedule. This Dr. is a real credit to her profession. I wish all were like her.

She is a great surgeon and a great person. I was admitted through the emergency department with perforated ulcer and she explained it in very simple terms before the surgery what she is going to do and she gained my trust instantly. I am very grateful to her and her staff that helped me through this critical period of my life. Thanks Dr. Barnett and God bless you!

My daughter underwent cholecystectomy with dr Barnett at RVH. She was kept over night, and recovery was fantastic compared to when I had the same procedure. I believe this is because of the skilled hand of dr Barnett.

A Wonderful Dr, she listens to my concerns & very thorough and friendly. Schedule was changed that Am last minute due to lack of in house hosp communication.
Her pre op hosp staff are great.
