Absolute idiot! Very rude and uncaring!!! Egotistical!!!!!!!

This is my initial visit and I am so impressed with Dr. Smith and his staff. The staff were so courteous and professional. Dr. Smith is such a very nice, caring doctor which I feel blessed to meet. I cancelled one appointment with another doctor and glad I did. He immediately saw me unlike the other doctor that I waited 2 hrs and 15 mins! I will make a follow up review after my surgery. So far Dr. Brian Smith is 5 stars.

I felt completely rushed both times I was in the office. Had to miss work for a second appt. because the staff forgot to order some tests. All this to no avail because in the end Dr. Smith just kinda threw his hands up in the air and sent me on my way.
